How to jam and be musical and improvise in an ensemble : Touring and traveling internationally as well as doing extensive studio work living in Los Angeles have given Sam a unique perspective on the art and joy of playing improvised music, or: jamming. Often considered by musicians to be a taboo, or childish exercise, Sam and his band seek to abolish the stigma around the joy of playing music spontaneously. Come observe and participate in the art of deep listening and spontaneous, improvised performance: as a means of transcendence and connection between people.
